The bloody screen is Fox-club niner's health indicator in Duty Calls: The Calm Before the Storm. When he is hit, blood is splashed on the screen and everything except the HUD is blurry, followed by a random announcer saying, "Bloody screen! So real!".
If he is not hit anymore, the bloody screen will go away as he regenerates back to full health.
